Larger is not always better when it comes to personal service in  real estate. Tom Harper, owner and broker of Vancleave Real Estate has built his business over the past fifteen years by offering one-on-one service to the Gulf Coast area. His dedication to preserving the quality of life for the people of the Vancleave area has been a primary concern.

Tom has lived in Jackson County for twenty-eight years. He is a founding member of the Vancleave Merchants Association, and former board chairman. He has served on the Vancleave Volunteer Fire Department  as President of the Board of Directors, and was instrumental in the department's reorganization, resulting in reduced homeowner insurance rates.

Tom and David are members of the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors. This enables Vancleave Real Estate to network with more than 1700 Realtors along the Gulf Coast and to offer Multiple Listing Services.

Advances in technology are changing the business of real estate but there is one thing that will never change, and that is the need for a Realtor who is genuinely interested in people and can offer personal service from the search, to sale closing, and afterward.
